La P'tite is a mellow and beautifully well-balanced absinthe – a high quality “Bleue”.

La P'tite is made from a recipe dating back to 1898, which was used to distill illegal absinthe during the time it was banned in Switzerland. Slightly refined, this recipe is now used to create this lovely Swiss Blanche produced by the only female distiller from the Val-de-Travers. The Douce version was specifically developed to meet the legal standards for the Asian market.

An absinthe with true character and class.

Read what Gaudentia Persoz says about her absinthe:

„At our first tasting, we were quite surprised to have come up with such a fresh tasting absinthe. It offers a lot of character, a pleasant and round balance, and a delicate taste. La P'tite Douce is distilled from 12 different plants including wormwood, lemon balm, peppermint and hyssop. All herbs are exclusively obtained from the Val-de-Travers region.

I'm convinced that sweet wormwood and aniseed lovers will truly enjoy my Ptite Douce. It has become very popular in the Val-de-Travers.“
