Our mission at Absinthe Classics Canada is very simple: to deliver fine handcrafted
absinthes, full strength and traditionally made, to discerning customers in Canada and in
the US.
You won't find overblown claims about thujone here, nor fanciful stories of elixirs based on
great-granddad's secret recipe, nor misinformation on travesties like the so-called "fire
ritual". We believe absinthe doesn't need this kind of hype: properly made, it's a delicious
and refreshing drink with an extraordinary and romantic history - reason enough to
appreciate its modern renaissance.
